Rates

In network with Aetna and United Healthcare. If you are out of network, I am able to offer superbills.
Cost for out of network therapy:

$200 per individual therapy session 50 minutes in length
$300 per individual therapy session 75 minutes in length
$360 per individual therapy session 75 minutes in length
$250 per individual conjoint (marital / family) session 50 minutes in length
$375 per individual conjoint (marital / family) session 75 minutes in length
$450 per individual conjoint (marital / family) session 90 minutes in length

Insurance

I accept Aetna and United Healthcare insurance.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Any payment that can be used through Stripe in Simple Practice.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
